Thomas Burton works with technology to pay the bills. He’s also an organic gardener, an amateur photographer, and a happily married father of two.

Although many people call him conservative, he’s nowhere close to neo-con. He claims to be Republican, Democrat, and Libertarian (known almost nowhere as a Repudembertarian) depending on the issue.

Rush Limbaugh would call him a liberal. Al Franken would call him a conservative. Mark Levin would probably call him a big dope and tell him to get off the phone. Sean Hannity would like to Hanitize him. Unfortunately for the afore mentioned he spends more time listening to mP3s on his iPod than to the radio anymore.

That probably makes him normal. Or at least he’d like to think so.

An avid reader, he devours books whenever he can. His wife commonly wakes up at 3AM to tell him to turn the light off and go to sleep.

Tom, his wife, and two grown children all love watching movies. They help keep Hollywood in business by going to the movie theater regularly. They also watch movies on the home theater system from the comfort of their own couch.

In the interest of full disclosure, you should be aware Thomas Burton is a pen name. It’s a family name from a couple generations ago. He has his reasons. He just didn’t tell me when he told me to write this.

It doesn’t make the opinions expressed here any less valid. But hopefully it will help keep any ax-wielding crazies out of the neighborhood.

We’re not sure why we had to write this in the third person. But that’s the way Tom told us to do it.
